Are you a plastic surgeon interested in working at one of Ireland’s leading clinics for esthetic surgery?

On behalf of a well-established and rapidly growing private clinic in Ireland, we are recruiting experienced plastic surgeons for positions lasting 12 or 24 months, with the possibility of extension. The clinic is among the most recognised providers of esthetic surgery in the country and has ambitious growth plans in the coming years.

This is an attractive opportunity for surgeons who want to work in a high-activity environment with modern facilities and a strong professional team. At the same time, you will gain international experience in an English-speaking market while experiencing life in Ireland.

The role is particularly suitable for surgeons who want to further develop their expertise in aesthetic surgery, work with a large patient volume and be part of a clinic with high professional ambitions.

About the position

As a Plastic Surgeon at the clinic, you will be responsible for assessing, planning and performing aesthetic surgical procedures. The clinic has an established patient base and a strong demand for several types of procedures.

You will work closely with experienced surgeons, anaesthesia staff and the wider clinic team, with a strong focus on quality, patient safety and excellent treatment outcomes.

Typical responsibilities

• Consultation and assessment of patients considering esthetic procedures
• Planning and performing surgical procedures
• Pre- and postoperative follow-up of patients
• Collaboration with anesthesia staff and the clinical team
• Contributing to high quality standards and excellent patient outcomes

The clinic has particularly high activity within

• Breast augmentation
• Rhinoplasty
• Abdominoplasty
• Facelift surgery

Experience with advanced facelift techniques or deep plane facelift procedures is particularly valuable.

We are looking for candidates who

• Are specialists in plastic surgery
• Hold medical authorisation and specialist recognition from an EU/EEA country
• Have solid experience in esthetic surgery
• Have excellent English language skills, both spoken and written
• Communicate clearly and confidently with patients and colleagues
• Maintain a high professional standard with strong attention to quality and patient experience
• Thrive in an environment with a high patient volume and strong professional ambitions

Salary

Base salary depending on experience, around €250,000 per year, with a performance-based bonus scheme. Total annual income may in some cases reach up to €750,000.
